Job Title: Dairy Cattle Farm Specialist

The Dairy Cattle Farm Specialist will oversee daily farm operations with minimal supervision from farm owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Pasture management and maintenance
  • Management of milk harvesting, feeding, and animal welfare
  • Administrative tasks and general maintenance
  • Leadership of a small team or groups

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or higher equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years recent relevant work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in animal husbandry, dairy production, and health and safety
  • Computer literacy is an advantage

Work Environment:

This full-time position may involve weekend work and some unplanned hours where necessary.
