About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Leader to join our team as a Strategic Identity Architect.



Job Summary

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to design, implement, and manage access control systems across the organization. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, with experience in managing large-scale identity management systems.



Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain access control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Design and implement identity management systems to support business growth and transformation initiatives
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IAM requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and infrastructure
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM best practices and policies
  • Monitor and report on IAM system performance and security incidents


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Strong knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and industry standards
  • Experience in managing large-scale identity management systems
  • Leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate IAM strategies and plans to stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to inform IAM decision-making
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills to resolve complex IAM issues
