Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist

Overview of the Position

The Dynamics 365 Specialist plays a pivotal role within our Agile project team, responsible for creating and implementing business solutions using Dynamics 365. This requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

This contract position offers flexibility to work remotely and is based in Canberra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .Net development (C#, web services) and experience with custom page integration, as well as familiarity with TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and support Dynamics CRM-based solutions in accordance with agreed designs and business requirements.
  • Create release, deployment, and implementation documentation.
  • Work within a DevOps framework to support deployed solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, the following skills and qualifications are essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with current versions of Microsoft Dynamics D365 Online CRM.
  • High competency with custom page integration.
  • A strong background in .Net development (C#, web services).
  • Experience with TFS or other version control products for Dynamics CRM solution development and implementation.
