Skilled Paint Coating Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Paint Coating Specialist to fill this full-time, permanent role.

  • To achieve high-quality paint finishes for our customers, the successful candidate will complete paint jobs in accordance with established processes and procedures.
  • They will be responsible for signing off on the final colour, including minor colour adjustments, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining spray booths, equipment, and robots daily is also an essential aspect of the job.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must possess trade qualifications or equivalent experience as a Paint Coating Specialist.
  • Prior experience in Collision Repairs or a similar industry would be beneficial.
  • A valid driver's license and Australian working rights are mandatory requirements.
  • The selected candidate will be expected to maintain a safe and collaborative work environment at all times.

This position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with guaranteed weekday overtime.
