Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team.

This is a full-time, term-time only position commencing in Term 4, 2025 and continuing until the end of Term 4, 2026.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating events and documentation, and providing exceptional support to our leaders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to upholding the College's Statement of Faith
  • Knowledge of child safety in an educational setting and experience working with children and families
  • A current Working with Children Check (NSW)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms relevant to school administration
  • Behavioural competencies: Working with People; Planning & Organising; Adapting & Responding to Change; Following Instructions & Procedures; Delivering Results & Meeting Expectations
