Job Description

As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating project teams to deliver successful client outcomes. You will oversee the design/build process, manage clients and consultants, and ensure comprehensive return briefing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams of Architects, Graduates, and Technicians in delivering design excellence and successful client outcomes.
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Deliver projects in accordance with the brief, including comprehensive return briefing.
  • Manage clients and consultants through the design/build process with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will need to have:

  • Confident leadership skills with 3+ years' experience in leading projects and teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Problem-solving ability, independent learning, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Ability to represent the practice in meetings with senior client stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors.
  • Full Australian working rights.
