Job Description

As the Export Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing export operations from booking to delivery, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements, liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders, and implementing solutions to troubleshoot export-related issues.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Acting as the primary contact for designated key commercial clients
  • Coordinating end-to-end export processes, from booking to delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Liaising with carriers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshooting export-related issues and implementing solutions
Requirements

A successful candidate should have previous experience in logistics or a related field within the transport and distribution industry, strong knowledge of export regulations and customs requirements, excellent organisational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software, outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
