Description:

The Role: We are currently looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our aquatic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of awareness and vigilance while on duty, ensuring that all areas both in and surrounding the pool are safe and enjoyable for all patrons.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills, interacting effectively with patrons who have diverse needs, ages, cultures, and abilities.
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
