The role of a Senior Educator at a rural high school is multifaceted, requiring a strong commitment to academic excellence and catering to diverse student learning styles and abilities.

The school has three Multi-Categorical classes and a Tutorial class providing tailored support for students with additional needs. The Wellbeing Framework and the Wellbeing Hub (Bundyi Baayay) are integral in promoting student behaviour and learning, reflecting the school's strong focus on student wellbeing.

Students consistently achieve their desired post-school options, including university placement, apprenticeships and traineeships. The school boasts well-maintained facilities, including three trade-training centres, partnerships with tertiary institutions and Wiradjuri language programs.

A key aspect of this role is fostering positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the wider community, while contributing effectively to a collaborative and supportive faculty culture.

To be successful, you will have demonstrated ability to design, implement and evaluate differentiated teaching and learning programs that maximise engagement, growth and achievement across a diverse range of learners.

You will also contribute to the delivery of school sport and lead or support extra-curricular initiatives that promote student wellbeing, participation and connection to the community.
