Early Childhood Teacher Role

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to provide high-quality education and care to children in our service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development, and developing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective educational programs tailored to the unique needs of young children;
  • Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative learning community;
  • Ensure compliance with ACECQA requirements for qualified ECTs;
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.


Requirements:
  • A valid blue card;
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education;
  • A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues;
  • Ability to commute to Blacksoil, QLD 4306;
  • Australia work authorization.
