We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of assets throughout their lifecycle.

About the role:

  • Act as the key liaison between Project Delivery teams and the Asset Management group.
  • Ensure asset requirements are embedded early and carried through design, delivery, and commissioning.
  • Maintain compliance and resolve integration gaps throughout project execution.
  • Support development of maintenance strategies and operational readiness.
  • Review and coordinate asset data accuracy and structure with Master Data Specialists.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align OPEX funding models.
  • Participate in Safety in Design workshops and stakeholder sessions.
  • Review documentation and provide informed commentary on risks and impacts.
  • Facilitate benefit realisation and readiness at project handover.
  • Identify and improve processes, training gaps, and integration procedures.

About you:

You are a confident communicator and natural problem solver who thrives in complex environments. You build relationships quickly, manage competing priorities with ease, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude to every challenge.

  • A proven track record of 5+ years in asset or project management.
  • Deep understanding of asset lifecycle and maintenance obligations.
  • Experience with document control systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Rail experience preferred; infrastructure lifecycle knowledge essential.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and competing demands.
  • High attention to detail and time management.
  • Engineering or project management qualifications highly regarded.
  • Resilient, curious, and committed to continuous improvement.
