Key Position: Asset Lifecycle Manager

This role is at the core of our operations, overseeing the entire lifecycle of hire fleet assets from inspection to delivery. The successful candidate will be detail-driven, organized, and passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the return-to-dispatch cycle of hire fleet assets, encompassing inspections, scoping, preparation, and quality checks.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries and 60-day service calls.
  • Manage asset materials using a kanban system and track process improvements.
  • Support operational teams by assisting with maintenance tasks as required.
  • Accurately manage stock levels and inventory counts.
  • Adhere to Ausco's health, safety, environment, and quality standards consistently.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's Licence and Forklift (High Risk) Licence.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (MS Office).
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and motivate teams in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A solutions-focused attitude and adaptability to meet deadlines.
  • Basic handyman skills and tool competency.
  • Clear, professional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Preferred: Experience in modular building, construction, or resource industries, plus knowledge of Ausco Modular products.
