Salary and Benefits

This full-time, regular position offers an estimated annual salary of $92,900 - $115,100 based on 38 hours per week, plus shift penalties.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple locations on a casual basis, predominantly on weekends. Your primary responsibility will be to tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalized experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.

You will act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more. You will engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online, exceeding sales targets by going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent
  • Demonstrated track record of reaching high-performing sales targets
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team
  • Knowledge in domestic products
