Senior Manager Opportunity

The tax advisory team is a market leading, dynamic and fun team that works on significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover various sectors including real estate, private equity and infrastructure.

We are looking for a senior manager with an interest in real estate to join the team – someone with experience working with corporate clients, and the drive to be part of a high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structuring, focusing on inbound investment structures, taxation of trusts and managed investment trusts.
  • Tax due diligence and transaction document review.
  • Assist clients with their tax compliance, including preparing or reviewing trust and company tax returns.
  • Research and analyze technical tax issues.
  • Transaction-related ATO and FIRB correspondence.
  • Support business development initiatives and proposals.
  • Mentor, develop and lead teams.
Requirements:
  • A tax professional with transactional experience.
  • A commitment to client service with a proven track record of developing strong relationships.
  • Strong tax technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, supervise and mentor team members.
