Key Tax Leadership Role

We are seeking high-calibre tax professionals to join our Corporate Tax Team, including experienced Tax Managers with 4-8 years of professional services or industry experience. The position is based in Melbourne and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding and experience with the Australian taxation system, expertise in corporate income tax compliance calculations, processes, and ATO lodgement obligations. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to lead direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to coordinate and manage the provision of taxation services for allocated corporate clients.
  • Deliver a full range of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs, while supporting senior team members in complex tax engagements.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, requiring you to collaborate with specialist teams in bringing expertise to corporate clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members by acting as a 'Counsellor' for their career development.
