EHS Manager

Lendlease is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our safety culture on a high-profile student accommodation project in Canberra.
This is a unique opportunity to drive EHS performance on site, provide technical expertise, and implement safety and training initiatives to improve our safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and Lendlease protocols.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide technical expertise to identify issues and trends, and develop solutions to improve EHS performance.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an EHS Manager/Advisor position, ideally in the construction and/or engineering industries.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of local legal and regulatory health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
