Construction Project Supervisor

About the Role:
Lendlease ACT is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist with the delivery of the Building Services package at our CIT Woden Project.
This role involves supervising site activities, coordinating sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA and EHS requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site activities and coordinate sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities.
- Develop and manage short-term programs, monitor project costs, and oversee project QA and EHS requirements.
- Experience supervising Building Services Trades (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, vertical transport) is essential.
- Relevant trade and/or building construction management qualifications are required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are necessary.
- Ability to coordinate and organise teams and manage subcontractors to work effectively.
