Swissôtel Sydney, a premium five-star hotel, is located in the heart of Sydney's business and entertainment district. It features 369 guest rooms and suites, a spa, restaurant, lobby bar, fitness centre, outdoor pool, and eight meeting rooms.

The hotel seeks a skilled Commis Chef to work in its Pastry kitchen. You will report directly to the Executive Chef and be part of a large kitchen team.

The successful candidate will assist in pastry production and preparation to maintain quality and presentation standards. They will collaborate with the pastry team to ensure efficient operation in a high-volume kitchen and adhere to food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

You will be working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, communication, and adaptability are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation and time management skills, a Certificate III in patisserie or higher, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
