Job Description

This role involves preparing monthly management and board packs, as well as performing financial analysis and reporting tasks. The successful candidate will have experience with month end reconciliation, preparation of budget workpapers, BAS and other statutory related lodgements, and business analytics.

  • Prepare monthly management and board packs, including financial reports and analysis
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting tasks, including budget forecasting and variance analysis
  • Conduct month end reconciliation and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare budget workpapers and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Lodge BAS and other statutory returns on time
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with financial software and systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
