About the Role


This full-time role is an opportunity to deliver comprehensive financial planning services to a well-established client base while actively building new client relationships. You'll provide ongoing advice, guidance, and support, maintaining face-to-face and phone contact with clients. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals, while your proactive approach will drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct interviews and reviews for prospects and existing clients.
  • Deliver technically sound financial planning advice tailored to individual client needs.
  • Stay informed about financial products, services, and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external referral sources.
  • Meet targets for funds under management, fees generated, new client acquisition, and client retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, processes, and legislative requirements.

Salary


The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications



  • 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with full FASEA compliance.
  • Proficiency in Xplan and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong compliance and technical knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
