Experienced Duty Managers are required for our upcoming Timezone Eastgardens venue, opening soon.

As a leader in this role, you will delegate to and support our team with a passionate and nurturing style. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed expectations.

What's Involved?
  • Leads the FunSquad, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborates with management to maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Ensures effective communication among team members, ensuring all needs are met promptly.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading teams during shifts, setting goals and priorities for daily tasks.
  2. Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  3. Maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication.

You must hold a valid Working with Children Check certification and possess:

  • A strong leadership ability, effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing duties.
  • Natural relationship-building skills, enabling you to create positive interactions with guests and staff alike.
  • Availability to work extensive hours, including nights and weekends.
