Key Responsibilities- Promote emotional, physical, and social wellbeing of all team members

- Participate in program forums, meetings, and training
- Assist with planning and rollout of new program initiatives
- Track the program's health and provide feedback to the project management teams
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or equivalent in OHS or a related discipline, formal leadership and mentor training, and familiarity with various coaching techniques and models. You will also need to have effective communication skills, knowledge and understanding of HSE legislative requirements, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
