Experienced Assistant Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Publican in ensuring the smooth operation of the venue, maintaining high standards of customer service, and promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
The Assistant Manager will also be required to lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Publican in the day-to-day operations of the venue
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Lead a team of staff and provide coaching and guidance as needed
- Monitor and control costs, including labor and inventory expenses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead by example and promote a positive workplace culture
