Overview

Stellarossa Crestmead Drive Thru Cafe is looking for an Experienced Barista to join our locally owned and operated café in Brisbane, Queensland. Known as our Creator of Happiness, you will enjoy working in varied Front of House roles and learning holistically across the business. The role offers an attractive hourly wage per the Restaurant Industry Award (Casual) + super + opportunities for incentives.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipe.
  • Interact with guests, taking their orders and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Support your team members and create a positive atmosphere.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality.
  • High energy and productivity levels.
  • Well-rounded coffee and guest service experience.
  • Openness to learning and following systems.
