This is an exciting opportunity for a Payment Process Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a centralised resource, you will support label teams and commercial teams with Purchase Order creation, ensuring accurate tracking and timely payments across the business.
The role involves managing end-to-end Purchase Order creation, approval tracking, and payment processes, collaborating with finance teams to improve efficiency, and documenting workflows. You will also liaise with stakeholders, ensure clear documentation, and perform additional tasks as required.
