Painting Instructor Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and passionate painting instructor to lead our classes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. You will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging atmosphere, promoting our social media presence, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and teach painting classes to groups of varying sizes and skill levels.
  • Conduct demonstrations and provide guidance and feedback to students.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive class environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to promote our programs and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and concerns.
  • Set up and clean up before and after each class.
  • Take high-quality photos and videos of classes for promotional purposes.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching painting techniques in a group setting.
  • Proficiency in acrylic painting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Passion for art and a desire to share knowledge with others.
