Parking Lot Attendant

The primary function of the parking attendant is to handle guest vehicles efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensure a smooth vehicle-handling process.\
  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly.\
  • Clearly communicate parking rates and provide instructions for self-parking vehicles.\
  • Maintain uniform appearance, greet guests cheerfully, resolve issues effectively, and contribute positively to the work environment.\
  • Work outdoors most of the day, standing, walking, and sometimes assisting with items weighing up to 50lbs.

Required Qualifications:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.\
  • You have a valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience.\
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs as needed.\
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language, with a friendly professional approach.
