Program Executive Role Overview

As a National Program Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the field management team in operating and delivering program data inputs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage operational processes to ensure efficient field and client timelines
  • Ensure agreed timelines are met between clients and field teams
  • Collaborate with business intelligence to deliver outcomes within set deadlines
  • Lead end-to-end processes for field team recruitment
  • Apply tactical project management skills
  • Analyze data trends and provide insights to the National Program Manager
  • Deliver program operations reporting on a regular basis

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management. Previous field or retail experience is highly regarded. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel, are essential, with Tableau exposure preferred. The ability to prioritize tasks effectively, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is crucial for success in this role.
