National Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the National Program Manager and field management team in operating, delivering program data inputs, and reporting.
  • Develop and manage operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel, are essential, with Tableau exposure being a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail, are also required.
  • A proven track record of resolving issues, adapting to change, and refining processes.

Other Information:

Work closely with the National Program Manager to develop and implement minimum reporting standards and provide insights on trends and patterns in data. Lead end-to-end processes for field team recruitment, tactical project management, and program OPS reporting.
