We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a leading organisation in the property industry.

Job Details

This is a fixed-term contract based in Perth.

Description

  • Manage financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts.
  • Maintain and reconcile property balance sheets and fixed asset registers.

Responsibilities

A successful Senior Property Accountant should have:

  • Commercial Property experience is ESSENTIAL.
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • CPA/CA qualified.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities - ability to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders and vice versa.
