Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Services Employee at St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle, and choices of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with residents to support their daily routine and personal care needs
  • Ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected, and engaged
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
