We're seeking a compassionate Care Services Employee to partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle and choices at St Vincent's Care Services Heathcote.

As a member of our supportive, dedicated team, you will ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about providing care that is sensitive to residents' individualised needs, preferences and choices and committed to building strong, meaningful connections with residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work various shifts (AM and PM)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
  • Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
  • National Police Certificate: NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
