Our medical imaging practice offers a unique chance for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care and support our team in Victor Harbor.
In this part-time role, you will:
- Ensure accurate and thorough clinical documentation.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care before and after medical imaging procedures.
- Support and assist staff and patients across all imaging modalities.
- Monitor and care for patients under sedation, maintaining high standards of safety and comfort.
- Perform intravenous (IV) cannulation confidently and competently.
- Access Port and PICC devices as required to support imaging procedures.
- Assist in both scrub and scout roles during interventional procedures such as biopsies, lumbar punctures, drainages, and pain management injections.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- APHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years of acute nursing experience.
- Current Driver's License.
- Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance.
