- Previous experience in leading large, diverse warehouse, transport, and distribution teams.

- 6-10 years' experience in Logistics Management (Retail Preferred).
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous. Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques is also required.
