Procurement Team Lead
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to lead our team responsible for the economical and efficient procurement of materials, supplies, services, and equipment. This role will involve direct, indirect, and bidding procurement activities, as well as overseeing daily transactions and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with suppliers to ensure high-quality goods and services
- Manage procurement processes to meet business objectives and minimize costs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide training and guidance to team members on procurement procedures and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Practical knowledge of automated procurement systems and Microsoft Office 365 products
