We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Support Worker Trainees. As a Support Worker Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in providing care and support to older adults.
This role is ideal for those who want to start their career in Aged Care and are willing to learn and grow with our organisation.
You will work in a Residential Aged Care setting, assisting residents with daily lifestyle and activities. You will also be enrolled in a Certificate III in Individual Support qualification and receive on-the-job training and paid study leave.
In this role, you will be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and teamwork. You will have opportunities to develop your communication and interpersonal skills, as well as learn about the needs and preferences of older adults.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a great attitude, be reliable and willing to learn. You will also need to be able to pass a National Police Check and have valid working rights in Australia.
