About the Role

Strikeforce is seeking enthusiastic and driven Brand Activators to support our esteemed Mars Wrigley Team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, engaging with major retail establishments. This role involves maintaining high merchandising standards, executing tasks with precision, and fostering robust relationships within the stores, while effectively managing and promoting the Mars Wrigley Brand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Product Management (Stock levels/Position/Ticketing) to meet and exceed client expectations.
  2. Implement Planograms/Relays - Ensure Execution & Compliance.
  3. Carry out tasks, construct displays, set up Point-of-sale, and manage stock.
  4. Negotiate off-location promotional opportunities.
  5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with store staff.
  6. Communicate upcoming promotional events.
  7. Provide accurate reporting using Smart Devices.
  8. Demonstrate effective Time Management Skills - Ability to work under pressure.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Must be over 18 years old and possess full Australian working rights.
  2. Reside in the relevant area or nearby suburbs.
  3. Hold a current State Driver's License and have access to a reliable, roadworthy vehicle.
  4. Physically capable of performing tasks that involve bending, lifting, and carrying stock (up to 16 kgs).
