Marketing Campaign Manager

This role involves developing and executing commercially led campaigns across multiple channels to drive tangible value for a network of independent liquor retailers and their shoppers.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align campaign activity with business objectives and retailer value. Brief and manage creative, media and design partners to deliver on-brand, timely, and effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end management of supplier-funded campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting, managing campaign budgets and spend tracking, preparing campaign communications and post-campaign performance reports, and ensuring all marketing collateral meets brand and regulatory requirements.

Requirements for this role include 5+ years' experience in marketing or campaign management, ideally within FMCG, liquor, or retail, demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercially led campaigns across multiple channels, strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and deadlines, experience working with or managing creative and media agencies, confidence with budgets and campaign ROI reporting, proactive problem-solving mindset with strong adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
