Beauty Advisor Role

Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times to support store management team in driving sales and profit within the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take time to learn customers' needs and recommend fantastic products that make them feel good.
  • Uphold company values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers.
  • Team player who is open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from Store and Assistant Manager.
  • Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
  • Active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
