Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services that cater to individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living activities, mobility, and therapy goals
  • Provide specialized care for clients with complex needs, such as dementia
  • Foster positive relationships with clients and their families through empathetic communication and emotional support
Requirements
  • Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Disability
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with expertise in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medication management
  • A current Open class Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
