Job Title: Senior Fleet Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the performance and development of our Queensland fleet. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organisational, and time management skills.

This role is based in Acacia Ridge with regular travel between sites required. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring maintenance is carried out in accordance with our fleet policy, managing external suppliers, and overseeing budgets.

You will also be expected to mentor Workshop Managers, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will need to manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of the fleet.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance management
  • Heavy Diesel Trade certificate
  • Previous experience managing budgets and strong analytical skills
  • Experience with effective recruitment and management of team members
  • Above average computer literacy skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
