Job Opportunity: Door and Membership Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team player to fill the role of Door and Membership Attendant. This full-time position requires working a 7-day rotating roster with a mix of day, afternoon, and overnight shifts to meet operational requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our members and guests feel welcome and monitored Club and government compliance. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming all members and guests with enthusiasm and projecting a positive and friendly image
  • Ensuring all members and guests sign into the club as per regulations
  • Providing information on club facilities and events to members and guests
  • Promoting and processing membership sales
  • Verifying employee and contractor identification
  • Enforcing COVID-safe practices and RSA legislation

This role demands strong communication and leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the hospitality industry.

Certifications required: RSA and RCG certifications.
