Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Communications Business Partner to drive our organisation's strategic plan forward through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive internal communication strategy to engage, inform, and inspire our people.
  • Prepare written content including newsletters, stories, social media posts, and speeches.
  • Support team leaders with continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of our communication channels.
  • Implement innovative solutions to communicate business strategy, brand values, programs, and initiatives to staff.
  • Collaborate closely with business clients and leadership to monitor employee engagement.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years in a communications role with prior experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Exemplary written, verbal, and advisory skills are essential. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a relevant degree is required.
  • Demonstrated competency in using Microsoft and other communications tools for internal communications, such as SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage, is necessary.
