About the role

At Lifeblood, our people are our champions – and we're looking for aSenior Internal Communications Business Partner who'll help them stay inspired, informed, and connected to our purpose of life-giving donations for life-changing outcomes. You'll work alongside senior leaders, shape the conversations that matter, and create comms that inspire belief, connection and action.

This is not just another internal comms role where you'll be all things to everybody. You'll be arespected and trusted adviser to senior leaders, a member of a very capable and progressive team, a strategic storyteller, and a driver of change – creating a communication environment and solutions that align beliefs and behaviours with our culture and our Lifeblood Unlocked - Strategy 2027.

What you'll do:

• Partner with your team members, executives and senior leaders to bring clarity, connection and impact to business and culture priorities.
• Develop compelling narratives that explain "the why" behind what we do and how we do it, so everyone feels a part of the village it takes to deliver those life-changing outcomes.
• Build and implement integrated, measurable communication plans that connect our people to our strategy and link their contributions to business and culture outcomes.
• Shape messages, channels, insights, content and campaigns that boost engagement, foster two-way conversation and strengthen who we are.
• Use insights, creativity and influence to deliver communications that matter today and tomorrow.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years in internal communications, including experience with change programs.
• Experience for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging comms strategy and messages everyone can understand and act upon.
• A collaborative style that builds trust and influence with your peers, senior stakeholders and most of all our people.
• Strategic thinking backed by hands-on delivery skills to make it a reality.
• A sense of fun and a passion for charting the future of internal communications.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of our Melbourne Processing Centre, however we might be flexible on location for the right person.
