Investment Analyst

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in financial modelling and investment analysis of existing assets in the portfolio, as well as identifying real estate investment opportunities.

The role involves working closely with experienced investment professionals and receiving on-the-job training in various fields. You will assist in the preparation of investment recommendations, investment committee papers, asset business plans, and property and fund reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Acquisitions team with deal screening and underwriting of investment opportunities across APAC, including cash flow modeling and market research
  • Participate in the preparation of Investment Committee materials
  • Assist in due diligence and research market conditions, including location assessment and rent comparables
  • Support the Asset Management team in day-to-day active management, including capex planning and lease approval memos
  • Review and analyse investment recommendations made by other members of the team

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least degree level, preferably in property, engineering/science, finance, economics or business studies
  • 1-2 years' professional experience in finance/investment banking, property brokerage, auditing, consulting, or related fields
  • Proficient in Excel and basic financial modelling
  • Familiarity with real estate investment fundamentals is advantageous
