Our team is dedicated to empowering people with disability, of all ages, to 'get more out of life today'. We strive to make a difference in the lives of people we support by fostering an environment of collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
The goal of our graduate program is to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a proficient speech pathologist. You'll work closely with a supportive team to develop your abilities, access extensive training opportunities, and receive regular supervision and mentoring.
- Become proficient in speech pathology through comprehensive training and mentorship
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to people with disability
- Contribute to developing individualised plans to support people's communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, as well as develop strategies to improve communication skills for individuals of all ages.
Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
