Senior Digital Marketing Specialist">

The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue growth for the RSPCA Lottery brand by developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans to increase lottery sales and engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate digital initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing results, and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Managing external media and creative agencies effectively.
  • Creating and managing SEO-optimised content for digital platforms.
  • Coordinating with content creators, designers, and external agencies.
  • Enhancing customer engagement and retention through digital strategies.
  • Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Utilising digital analytics tools to track website traffic and campaign performance.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on digital marketing performance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in gaming, lottery, or FMCG.
  • Proficient in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
  • Effective management of external media and creative agencies demonstrated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.
  • Initiative and the ability to work productively and proactively in both a team and solitary environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 38 hours per week, across a Monday - Friday roster.
