Service Operations Specialist

As a key brand ambassador, you will support the Service Manager in driving productivity and efficiency by delivering quality workmanship and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all service operations.

Your role is vital in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Vehicle Booking: Book customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring accurate scheduling and clear communication of appointment details.
  2. Quote Preparation: Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and repair estimates, addressing customer questions and gaining approval where required.
  3. Service Communication: Clearly explain service requirements, associated costs, and expected timelines to customers.
  4. Workshop Coordination: Work closely with the Workshop Controller to monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
  5. Customer Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with customers during the service process, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  6. Service Handover: Coordinate a smooth and professional vehicle handover upon service completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any final concerns.
