Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in the development of our motorsport games.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, isolate, and communicate issues effectively.
- Develop, maintain, and implement test cases using testing tools.
- Collaborate with a QA team to complete tasks and lead small groups in group assignments.
- Assess and communicate the needs of development partners and their impact on QA's priorities and tasks.
- Become an expert on game content and develop partnerships with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Understanding of game testing processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall).
- QA experience with console platforms and PC.
- Knowledge of software development tools such as JIRA, Testrail, or Perforce, and Microsoft Office efficiency software.
- Passion for games and understanding of gaming trends.
