Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to play a critical role in delivering high-quality sports games to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the highest standards of testing, providing embedded support to the development team and following established QA processes.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of sports title mechanics and rules, methodically recreating bugs and providing accurate information to assist with fixing problems.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both verbally and via high-quality bug reports.
- Execute test cases throughout the project life cycle, ensuring efficient task execution and accurate instruction following.
- Provide feedback, suggestions, and improvements to enhance overall game design.
**Requirements:**
- A passion for sports and sports games, with the ability to expand knowledge and understanding of sports.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of current projects, and demonstrate a passion for quality and understanding of QA within the development process.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
- Self-motivation, responsibility, and versatility, with a passion for gaming and expertise in gameplay in various genres, both online and offline.
